ህ.ግ.ደ.ፍ.፡ ቅድሚ ምትካሉ ንዝጸንሐ ስነ ስርዓትን መንግስታዊ ትካላት ኤርትራ ኣጥፊኡ፡ ህዝቢ ይገፍዕን፡ የሳቕን፡ ይቕጥቕጥን፡ ምሉእ ምቁጽጻር ማሕበረ ሰብ ጌሩ ይገዝእን ኣሎ። በዚ ኩነት ዝጥቀሙ ዘለዉ ላዕለዎት ሓለፍቲ ህ.ግ.ደ.ፍ.ን ኣብ ወጻኢ ዘለዉ ደገፍቶምን ጥራሕ እዮም። ወንጀል ህ.ግ.ደ.ፍ. ብ”ስርዓት” ኢልካ ዝሕለፍ ነገር ኣይኮነን። እንታይ ድኣ ትእዛዝ ዝህብ፡ ቅተሉ ዝብል፡ ዝቐትል ዝገፍዕ ዘበሳብስ ውልቀሰብ ኣሎ። ብድሕሪ'ዚ እዩ እቲ ተሓታትነት ናብ ጉጅለን እኩብን ዝኸይድ። ስለዚ ስጋብ ሕጂ እንተዘይተጌሩ፡ ዝኾነ ኤርትራዊ ንዝፈልጣ ወንጀል ህ.ግ.ደ.ፍ. መዓልቲ፡ ሰዓትን፡ ዕለትን ዓመትን ይመዝግብ። ናይ ኣየር ኩነንታውን ይመዝግብ። ማይ ይሃርም ድዩ ኔሩ? ደበና? ወዘተ. ዝርዝራት ንጭብጥታት መሰረት ስለዝኾኑ ኣድለይቲ እዮም። ስለምንታይ ዝኾነ ኤርትራዊ? ሓደ እንተጠፍአ እቲ ሓደ ዝተረፈ ንምስክርነት ታሪኽ ክተርፍ ምእንቲ። እዚኣ ነፍስ ወከፍ ኣብ ዝኾነ ሃገር ይሃሉ ኣብ ስደት’ውን ይኹን ክትስራሕ ትከኣል ንጥፈት እያ። እዚ ዝበሃል ዘሎ ንህ.ግ.ደ.ፍ.ዊ ኣይኮነን። ንሳቶም ነዚ ክገብር ንዝርከብ ሰብ፡ መቕጻዕቲን ስቅያትን ሞት’ውን ከወርዱ ይኽእሉ እዮም። ስቕ ኢልካዮም'ከ ዝገድፉ ድዮም? ኣይፋልን።

ስለዚ ኸኣ ኢዩ እቲ ስርዓት ምስወደቐ፡ ገንዘብ ደገፍቲ ህ.ግ.ደ.ፍ. ኣብ ኤርትራ፡ “ክድስክል” ብትሕትና ንመክር ዘለና። እዚ ተግባር እዚ ከም ኣብነት 2% ብምኽፋልን፡ ገዛውቲ ብምግዛእን ናይ ወጻኢ ሸርፊ ብምሃብን፡ ሓደ ካብቲ መዓልቱ ክናዋሕ ዘኽኣሎ መስርሕ ስለዝኾነ ኢዩ። ስለዚ ስርዓት ንዝፈጸሞ ወንጀል ንኸተግብር መሳርሒ “ናይ ወጻኢ ሸርፊ” ዝሃብዎ ማለት ናይቲ ስርዓት ሰራውር ዘደልደሉ ተሓባበርቲ መንነቶምን ተግባራቶምን ኣብ ታሪኽ ክትንተን ግቡእ እዩ ኢልና ንኣምን።

ብብቑዕ ቤት ፍርዲ ምርምር ተጌሩ፡ እቲ ገንዘብ'ውን ብዘይ ሕጋዊ ኣገባብ ዝረኸብዎ እንተድኣ ኮይኑ፡ ተግባራቶም ኣብ ወንጀል ዘብጽሐ እንተድኣ ኮይኑ፡ ብጭብጢ እንተተረጋጊጹን፡ እቲ ገንዘብ ናብ ዋንኡ ይምለስን ብበደሎም ኣብ ቤት ፍርዲ ይቐርቡ።

ብተወሳኺ ናይ 21 ክፍለ ዘመን ዓለምና፡ ካሕሳ ንግዳያት ኲናትን መጽነትን መግፋዕትን ብኸመይ ይትግበር ካብ ተመኩሮ ካልኦት ሃገራት ክውሰድ ይክኣል ኢዩ። ኣብነት ናይ ሲራልዮንን ቦዝንያን ከምኡ እውን ነዚ ኣግባብ ዝገልጽ መጽሓፍ ኣብዚ ተመልከቱ። ኣብኡ ንብጻሕ። ግዳያት ክበሃል እንከሎ ቁሱላትን “ዝጠፍኡ” ወተሃደራትን የጠቓልል። ምስዚ ዝተሓሓዝ ንዲሞክራሲ ሰረት ዝኸውን ዳግመ ምህናጽ ኣብ መንግስታዊ ትካላት ናይ  ምትኳር ጉዳይ ናይ  ዜጋታት ሓላፍነት እዩ። ብ“ግዝኣት ሕጊ” ተመርኲስካ ንበርገሳዊ ሃዋህው ምምዕባልን ምክልኻልን ድማ ከም መስርሕ ይቕጽል።

The PFDJ dismantled the Eritrea’s governmental and social institutions that were present before its inception. Thus, it created its own ways of dominating, terrorizing, torture to control the population with impunity. The only ones who benefited are the top elite of the PFDJ’s clique and their supporters abroad. Every crime committed against the population, by this regime started and continues at the individual level. Then it goes to groups and crowds. For posterity, every Eritrean should write down each crime and record the date, time, year and even the season and or geographical conditions present as they witnessed it. Details are a necessary part of circumstantial evidence gathering. Why every Eritrean? Because if anything happened to one, then, the other one can serve as “witness”. Everyone can take this one responsibility even in the Diaspora. The PFDJ will react harshly to any criticism including this one and may punish, imprison, torture and even kill anyone who is found to be recording what they are witnessing or witnessed.

The moment the regime falls, we humbly advise the “freezing” of assets owned by PFDJ members and to clarify sources that financed the dictatorial regime by paying 2%, transferring funds to build houses, taking land from the villages or its owners; thus paying in foreign currency that sustained the system; and therefore enabling it to commit the crimes that it did and continues to do so now. Money is the lubricant that feeds the machinery of any tyrant.

After investigating in court of each PFDJ account by a meritorious body, if the money is found to be illegally procured then, the money should be returned to its rightful owners. Legal procedures to persue them and other details can be worked out.

In addition, the 21st century has ways and means to pay reparations to victims of war, genocide and torture. Please view here examples of Sierra Leone, Bosnia and a book on the subject. Then citizens can go about rebuilding the government institutions that sustain a democracy. Citizens must uphold the “rule of law”, be ready not just to create, but sustain the civic atmosphere that is needed to sustain a democratic livelihood and to be ready to defend it.
