      ስርዓት ህግደፍ ነቲ ቅድሚ መበቆሉ ዝጸንሐ ስነ ስርዓትን መንግስታዊ ትካላት ኤርትራ ኣጥፊኡ ህዝቢ ንክገፍዕን፡ ከሳቕን፡ ክቕጥቕጥን፡ መሰሉ ገፊፉ ብስድነት የከላብቶ ኣሎ። ዝጥቀሙ እቶም ላዕለዎት ሓለፍቲ ህግድፍን ኣብ ወጻኢ ዘለዉ ደገፍቶምን እዮም። ወንጀል ህግደፍ ብውልቀሰብ እዩ ዝጅመር፡ ድሕሪኡ እዩ ናብ ጉጅለን እኩብን ዝኸይድ። ስለዚ ስጋብ ሕጂ እንተዘይተጌሩ፡ ዝኾነ ኤርትራዊ ንዝፈልጣ ወንጀል ህግደፍ መዓልቲ፡ ሰዓትን ዕለትን ዓመትን ይመዝግብ። ናይ ኣየር ኩነንታውን ይመዝግብ። ማይ ይሃርም ድዩ ኔሩ? ደበና? ወዘተ. ስለምንታይ? ሓደ እንተጠፍአ እቲ ሓደ ዝተረፈ ንምስክርነት ታሪኽ ክተርፍ። እዚኣ ኩሉ ክወስዳ ዝኽእል ስራሕ እያ። ነዚ ተግባር ህግደፍ ከባጭውሉ ይኾኑ። መቕጻዕቲውን የውርዱ እንተተረኺቡ። ግንከ ኣመሎም እዩ። ስቕ ኢልካዮምከ ዝገድፉ ድዮም? ሰበርቲ ጻሕሎም ደይኮኑን?።

      እዚ ስርዓት ምስወደቐ፡ ገንዘብ ደገፍቲ ህግደፍ ኣብ ኤርትራ “ክድስክል” ንመክር። እዚ ገዛውቲ ብምግዛእን ናይ ወጻኢ ሸርፊ ብምሃብ መዓልቱ ንኸናውሕ ዘኽኣሎ ተግባር እዩ። ስለዚ ነቲ ስርዓት ዝፈጸሞ ወንጀል ንኸተግብር መሳርሒ “ናይ ወጻኢ ሸርፊ” ዝሃብዎ ማለት ናይቲ ስርዓት ሰራውር ደም ዘጠልቀዩ ተሓባበርቲ።

      ብብቑዕ ቤት ፍርዲ ምምርምር ተጌሩ፡ ወንጀልነት እንተተረጋጊጹ እቲ ገንዘብ ንግዳያት ህግደፍ ይወሃብ። ብኸመይ ካብ ተመኩሮ ካልኦት ሃገራት ክውሰድ ይክኣል። ኣብኡ ንብጻሕ። ግዳያት ቁሱላትን “ዝጠፍኡ” ወተሃደራትን የጠቓልል። ምስኡ ነቲ ንዲሞክራሲ ሰረት ዝኸውን መንግስታዊ ትካላት ዳግመ ምህናጽ ናይ ምትኳር ናይ ዜጋታት ሓላፍነት እዩ። ን“ግዝኣት ሕጊ” ደኒንካ ንበርገሳዊ ሃዋህው ምምዕባልን ምክልኻልን ይቕጽል።

Reparation for Victims – Wounded, Dead & “Disappeared” Soldiers

Information on crimes committed in every village, town or city

            The PFDJ dismantled the Eritrea’s governmental and social institutions that were present before its inception. Thus, it created its own ways of dominating, terrorizing, torture to take away the rights of the population with impunity. The only ones to get advantage are the top elite of the PFDJ’s clique and their supporters abroad. In every case of a crime against humanity committed by this regime starts at the individual level. Then it goes to groups and crowds. Every Eritrean should write down each crime and record the date, time, year and even the season and or geographical conditions present as they witnessed it. Why? Because if anything happened to one, then, the other one can serve as “witness”. Everyone can take this one responsibility. The PFDJ will make “fun” of every citizen and react harshly to any criticism including this one.

            The moment the regime falls, it is advisable to “freeze” assets owned by their PFDJ members and to clarify sources that financed the houses to be built by taking the land from the villages or its owners; paying foreign currency that sustained the system; enabling it to commit the crimes that it did and is doing now. Money is the lubricant that feeds the machinery.

            After investigating in court of each PFDJ account by a meritorious body, if the money is found to be illegally procured then, victims of the PFDJ are to get any money left. This should include families of “disappeared” soldiers. Details can be worked out. Then citizens can go about rebuilding the government institutions that sustain a democracy. Citizens must uphold the “rule of law”, be ready not just to create, but sustain the civic atmosphere that is need to sustain a democratic livelihood and be ready to defend it.
