Eritrea: SUPPORTING ASMARINO TO SERVE ERITREANS

 

I hate doing this because it is something I do not enjoy doing. It's about asking a community to support an iconic website that has served its purpose for 17 years.

 

Everyone at Asmarino.com is a volunteer. For us this is a work of conscience that became all the more urgent because our country does not have a free private press at this time.

 

It's great that we have all these people helping out on volunteer basis, but the reality is that there are operational expenses that are steep and require contributions.

 

It should be noted that the funds are exclusively for non-staff related expenditures that are essential to run a high caliber website that has continued to evolve into a premier news outlet for Eritreans and our friends across the globe.

 

Please donate your contributions to Asmarino.com so that it will continue to keep the lights on for a new generation of Eritreans to be reporters, editors, poets, writers, commentators, designers, artists, painters, etc. Most importantly, to continue to be the voice of the voiceless Eritreans at home and elsewhere.
